After having successfully navigated our way through the Spanish NLV application process we landed in Spain from Australia in search of the perfect retirement home. Following some brief and largely disappointing encounters with a number of real estate agents in the region we chanced across Alvaro and Victor. From the opening conversation until weeks after completion these two gentlemen have been outstanding in everything that we have asked of them. Their pre-sale process was faultless and their post-sale attitude has been incredible. Not a hint of 'now that we've got the sale you're on your own' behaviour that you might expect these days. They have taken the time and effort to not only introduce us to how our new home works but to introduce us to our neighbours, the local Town Hall authorities, and offered guidance on the general features of living a successful and happy life in Spain. As we continue on our journey to retire in Spain both Alvaro and Victor continue to willingly accept our random requests for information on how things work and who I might reach out to if things don't work. We are delighted with our new home but we consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have been supported by Alvaro and Victor who have both displayed much passion and complete professionalism throughout our retirment to Spain adventure.
